活性炭过滤器的注意事项:
1、泵入口的吸油粗滤器;
2、泵出口油路上的高压滤油器;
3、系统回油路上的低压滤油器;
4、安装在系统以外的旁路过滤系统。
5、由于活性炭过滤器的活性炭吸附功能具有一定的饱和值,当达到饱和吸附容量时,活性炭滤池的吸附功能将大大降低,因此需要注意分析活性炭的吸附能力,及时更换活性炭或者通过高压蒸汽进行消毒恢复。
